Cost of Caesarstone per Square Foot: A Procurement Manager’s 2025 Price Guide

Plan for $80 to $140 per installed square foot for Caesarstone in 2025. That range is the number I use for a typical kitchen countertop when a client asks for a budget. It includes material, fabrication, cutouts, seams, and installation — not just the slab. The number on a search result will usually be lower, because it leaves those items out.

I manage countertop purchasing for a remodeling company, and I have 14 Caesarstone orders in our cost system from the last five years. I don’t have hard data for every regional market. I do have verified line-item invoices, so I can tell you how the phrase “cost of Caesarstone per square foot” gets misused.

What “cost of Caesarstone per square foot” leaves out

On our purchase orders from 2023 and 2024, the Caesarstone material portion ran from $58 to $88 per square foot depending on collection. That is before fabrication. Complete projects landed between $80 and $140 per square foot because the final number includes templating and edge work, cutouts, seams, delivery, and installation.

It is tempting to compare only the slab price per square foot. But a quote that says $65 per square foot can cost more than a quote that says $90 per square foot if the first one charges extra for every sink cutout and seam. Total cost is the only honest comparison.

  • Wipe the Caesarstone countertop with warm water and a drop of pH-neutral dish soap. Avoid abrasive pads and cleaners with high acid or bleach content.
  • Rinse the stainless steel sink first, then wash it with that same mild soapy water. Food soil is usually what makes stainless steel look dull.
  • Dry the sink with a microfiber towel in the direction of the steel grain. Most “streaks” are just water spots, and drying solves the problem before any spray is needed.

In my procurement process, the lowest headline number is not a good sign if the rest of the quote is missing. The vendors I trust list items up front, even when it makes their estimate look higher.

A complete Caesarstone quote should separate:

  • Caesarstone material, with the exact series and color name
  • Templating and fabrication
  • Edge profile and seam work
  • Cutouts, priced per opening
  • Delivery and installation
  • Sales tax

If a quote only says “all-in per square foot,” ask for itemization. A transparent vendor can provide it in five minutes. A vendor that won’t itemize is hiding something, and that something is usually a fee that shows up later.

Where I’d adjust these numbers

This benchmark assumes a normal-size kitchen, a 2 cm or 3 cm Caesarstone slab, one seam, and a conventional edge profile. Large islands with no visible seam, waterfall edges, full-height slab backsplashes, and complex radius work will change the math. In very high-cost metro areas, the lower end of my range is probably optimistic.

I don’t have hard data on national averages for every Caesarstone collection. What I can tell you from our own invoices is that the quote you audit is the quote you can trust. Look for exact color names, exact series names, and line-item fees. If those three things are present, the final invoice rarely surprises you.
